ON 05/27/13 at 0210hrs, Sta 78 was alerted to a Wires Down on Beach Highway. Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle that had struck two utility poles. The operator fled upon our arrival. After the vehicle was secured, all fire units returned, and the scene was turned over to DSP#5.
